Henry Carter Hull Library is pleased to offer its patrons free or discounted admision to many noteworthy area attractions:

You may reserve a pass in advance by phoning or stopping by the Children’s Room desk. We ask that patron return the pass before the library opens the next day to insure its availability for the next user. $25 Deposits for each pass, by check or in cash, are returned to the patron when the pass is returned.

- Connecticut River Museum Essex, CT visit their website
- DISCOUNT: Free admission for two adults and their children or grandchildren.

- Connecticut State Parks and Forests Day Pass visit their website
- DISCOUNT: Free entry at any Connecticut State Park or Forest where there is a parking or admission fee. Allows one passenger vehicle (up to 12 people) FREE. (Not campgrounds) Also good for a family (up to 2 adults and 4 children) admission at State Parks where a per person fee is charged (Dinosaur State Park, Gillette Castle, Fort Trumble)
